Intergenerational performance

In March 2017 we were awarded a grant from The Big Lottery for an intergenerational reportage piece of theatre based around the memories from the residents of Dolwen, a local care home in Denbigh, and students from six schools in the area.

Throughout the five weeks, we drew upon their memories of St David’s Day throughout their childhoods and devised a piece of theatre and poetry performed at a huge Community Celebration event on St David’s Day at the Town Hall attending by residents, students, town councillors and the local community.
